Deputy Program Manager - Metallics Assembly
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Must have had full budget responsibility
- 15 to 20 years of experience over a production facility
- Experience with contracts and contract negotiation
- Oversee the manufacturing process and ensures the assembly or production process while adhering to policies and procedures
- Experience in the assembly of automobiles, heavy equipment, aircraft or other complex equipment
- Handle the cost efficiency, quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process
- Plan, discuss and complete reports about the production and the staff.
- Set production goals and target dates
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field
- Effective leadership and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
